Three ads from the InstantClips example library: a festival dress, a knitwear brand and a golf wedge. Every one started as a product link or a few photos.

InstantClips comes out of work we've been doing with some of our enterprise clients: product video at volume, now packaged so anyone can use it. Until now, getting access meant a managed engagement with our team. Now it starts with a product link and a free account.

What we've been doing with it

Instant Studio's day job is high-volume creative production for enterprise brands. For a number of those clients, the work is product video at volume.

Urban Revivo used to spend about two hours producing each TikTok Shop video. On our workflows that dropped to ten minutes, which changed how many products they could keep live on the channel. Other client work runs from localised ad variants across markets to personalised video in regulated industries, where every asset has to clear legal.

Different brands, same machinery underneath: workflows that encode hook structures, pacing, formats and brand rules once, then run them at volume with review built in.

Why it was enterprise-only

Setting that machinery up for a brand takes real work, so we sell it as a managed engagement that starts with a paid pilot. That model fits a team shipping thousands of assets across markets. It makes no sense for a store that needs twenty test videos a month.

For teams that size, the options have been an editor's day rate or a generic AI tool that produces video you would never put spend behind. We kept meeting teams stuck between the two.

So we packaged it

InstantClips takes the product-video end of our production line and makes it self-serve. Paste a product link. It pulls the photos, price and details from the page, writes hooks, and cuts vertical video ads sized for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Meta and Amazon. Shopify and most other stores work, or you can upload your own photos.

No shoot, no editor, no prompt to write. A few minutes per video. The hook structures and pacing come from the same ad formats we run for clients, and the imagery is your own product photography.

What it's for

InstantClips is built for testing volume: the twenty variants you'd put in front of a live audience to find out which hook earns real budget. That has always been the part of the work where speed matters most and where production overhead kills the most ideas.

The managed side of Instant Studio hasn't gone anywhere. Launch campaigns, localisation across markets and regulated-industry work still run as engagements with a human approving every stage. InstantClips covers the fast end; the studio covers the deep end.

Where to start

A free account starts you with welcome credits for your first couple of videos, enough to judge the output against what you're paying for now. Paid plans are sized by testing appetite: how many videos you ship a month, and how many brands you ship them for. Agencies get bulk spreadsheet upload: a product roster in, a batch of ads out. Anything bigger is a conversation with us, and it is where the engagement side of Instant Studio begins.

Some of our clients have been running on this machinery for a while. InstantClips is its narrowest slice: product video from your own photos, at self-serve prices. An engagement buys the machinery shaped around your brand, with our team accountable for what ships. One you can try this afternoon; the other starts with a pilot.

More output. Same brand control.
