About

About Instant Studio.

Instant Studio is a managed AI creative production company. Brands and agencies send us one brief, and we deliver the finished campaign: every version, every market, every format, made under their brand and compliance rules.

What does Instant Studio do?

A client briefs a campaign. We produce all of it: the ad in every version, the localised editions, the personalised videos, the creator-style product videos and the stills. The brand rules are built into the workflow. Every output is checked against them, and people review the exceptions and the final cut.

The work runs on ToolKit, our production platform. A Creative Workflow is a chain of steps built in a visual editor: brand rules, templates, reference files and calls to AI models. Once built, it runs the same way every time. We use models from many labs, among them ByteDance, Alibaba, Kuaishou, Google and OpenAI, and each step goes to the model that does that job best. The models are not ours. The workflows, the rules and the checks are.

Personalised video, creator-style product video, a localised campaign, and the workflow behind them.

How does an engagement run?

  1. Pilot. A paid, fixed-scope pilot on a live campaign. It proves the quality, the brand fit and the economics before anyone commits further.
  2. Scale. After the pilot, the client chooses a monthly production retainer, a platform subscription for their own team, or both.

Both run on the same Creative Workflows. Some clients brief once and approve the finished work. Others log in and generate from templates that already carry their rules. A client can move between the two at any time.

What we believe

  • Approve the workflow once. Legal and brand sign off the rules. Every piece is checked against them, and people review the exceptions, however large the run. The specification.
  • Locked, controlled, generative. Every part of a piece is sorted into one of three groups before anything is made. The three groups.
  • Creative is the only lever left. The platforms run targeting, bidding and placement. Creative is the input a brand still supplies. The argument.
