Privacy policy.

Instant Studio (“we”, “us”) is Instant Studio, Inc., a Delaware corporation in the United States. This policy covers www.instantstudio.ai only.

1. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to send us, and some information about how you use the site.

When you ask for a pilot

The pilot enquiry form asks for your name, work email and company, and what you need from a pilot. You can add any other notes you want us to have.

When you request the technical guide

The form on the technical guide page asks for your first name and work email, and you can add your company. A tick box asks whether you also want occasional practical content on AI creative production.

Both forms also record the page you sent them from and the link that brought you there.

When you book a call

The “Talk to our team” buttons open Calendly, a scheduling service. Calendly collects your name, your email address and anything you add to the booking form, and passes the booking to us.

When you email us

We keep email you send to hello@instantstudio.ai with any enquiry you have made. That way the person who replies can see both.

When you browse the site

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used. It records the pages you view, the site or link that brought you here, your device and browser, and an approximate location based on your IP address. Our web servers also keep standard logs of each request.

Some pages show videos from YouTube, a Google service, in its privacy-enhanced mode. Once a video loads, Google handles your viewing under its own privacy policy.

2. How we use your information

• We use a pilot enquiry to reply to you in the way you asked, by email or with suggested call times, and to scope a pilot.
• We use a guide request to email you the download link. Someone from our team may also email you about the guide afterwards.
• We send occasional content on AI creative production only to people who ticked the box on the guide form. You can stop it at any time (section 7).
• We use a Calendly booking to meet you at the time you chose.
• We use the page and link recorded with a form to see which pages and links bring enquiries.
• We use Google Analytics reports to see which pages people read, which links bring them here, and which parts of the site need work.

We rely on three legal grounds: doing what you asked us to do (replying to you and sending the guide), our legitimate interest in following up with you and improving the site, and your consent for marketing emails.

3. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Our hosting and email providers store it on our behalf.

Google and Calendly collect data directly when you use their services on this site: Google for Google Analytics and YouTube, Calendly for call bookings. Each handles that data under its own privacy policy. Otherwise we share your data only when the law requires it.

Some of the companies we use may handle your data outside your country, including in the United States.

4. Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. Calendly sets its own cookies when you open the booking window, and YouTube may store data in your browser once a video loads.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on for Google Analytics. The site and both forms still work.

5. Data retention

We keep your enquiries, guide requests and emails for as long as we need them to work with you, or as the law requires. Google Analytics deletes visit data at the end of the retention period set in our account.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time (section 8).

6. Security

Every page and both forms use HTTPS, so what you type is encrypted on its way to us. We take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@instantstudio.ai and we will reply within 30 days.

To stop the occasional content emails, email hello@instantstudio.ai with UNSUBSCRIBE as the subject, and we will take you off the list.

8. Deleting your data

Email hello@instantstudio.ai with “Delete my data” as the subject. We will delete your enquiries, guide requests and emails, confirm by email, and complete the request within 30 days.

Google Analytics data is not linked to your name or email address, so we cannot find it from your request. Google deletes it at the end of the retention period in section 5.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post each new version on this page with a new date at the top, and tell you about significant changes by email or with a notice on this site.
