Agencies
We sit under your creative team.
Instant Studio is a managed AI creative production company that works as a production layer under the agency. You keep the client relationship and the creative direction. We run production, under your name, at the volume the client's advertising plan needs.
Why is production the bottleneck?
Every ad platform now needs a steady supply of new ads, and clients know it. The ideas are still yours to sell. The volume behind them is the problem: forty versions of an ad, twelve markets, a video for every product. A small creative team cannot produce that at agency margins, so the volume programme stalls at the proposal stage.
What does the agency keep?
Everything the client sees: the relationship, the strategy, the creative direction, the judgement on quality and the invoice. Instant Studio's name appears nowhere in the delivery unless you want it there.
| The agency | Instant Studio |
|---|---|
| Owns the client relationship and the brief | Builds the Creative Workflow: brand rules, claims, people and formats, set up once |
| Sets the creative direction and approves the concepts | Sends each piece of work to the AI model best suited to it |
| Judges the results and signs off quality | Runs the checks on every piece and keeps the record |
| Presents to the client and sends the invoice | Delivers finished work that meets the spec, under your name |
How does an engagement run?
- BriefThe client's brief comes to us through you, with the advertising plan it has to serve.
- Agency creative directionThe creative directions, references, tone and shot list. Your team's judgement, before anything is produced.
- Approved conceptsThe client signs off the concepts. This is the cheapest place to disagree, because nothing has been made yet.
- Brand and legal rules addedGuidelines, claims and disclosures go into the Creative Workflow once. The client's legal team reviews the workflow, and every piece it produces inherits that approval.
- AI productionThe run. Our team operates the workflow, or your team does, on the platform, under your own direction.
- Agency reviewYou review the results. A correction reruns one step of the workflow, so saying no stays cheap.
- Client approvalThe final cut, presented by you, in your name.
Which way do agencies work with us?
Both. Some agencies brief us and approve the finished work: our team runs production behind your delivery. Others put their own people on the platform and run the Creative Workflows themselves, with the client's brand rules already in place. The same workflows serve both, and an agency can move between them as the account grows.
Pitching gets cheaper too. A small set of finished-looking examples in a prospect's own brand takes an afternoon, working from their website, their catalogue and their last campaign. You can work up every name on the new-business list.
Who already works this way?
Havas is an agency partner. Instant Studio production is sold into the Havas client base. Their teams keep the strategic work in-house and take on more volume with the same headcount.
How does the first engagement start?
One client, one market, an agreed number of pieces and a fixed price. Two measures of the production line: the cost per finished piece and the time from brief to live. One measure of results, taken from the client's own objective. If the pilot converts, the workflow built to win the account is the workflow that produces the account's work.

We build the examples for your pitch and scope the pilot behind them. You keep the client relationship and the creative direction. Production runs with our team, or with yours on the platform.
