Instant Studio co-founder Napoleon Biggs co-hosted the Retail Asia Conference at Retail Asia Conference & Expo 2026, held by Informa Markets at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from 1 to 3 September.
At his invitation, Infinite Vision, the agency that runs Urban Revivo's TikTok Shop account in the United States, presented "The AI Advantage in Retail Marketing": how the account runs on creator-style video every day, with Instant Studio producing the day's videos from a spreadsheet. The figures from the talk, and Instant Studio's part in them, are set out in the Urban Revivo case study.
On 22 September, Biggs joined a panel at the Fin.Tech Marketing Community conference at Eaton Club Central in Hong Kong on how AI is shaping the marketing mix. Before the panel he set out his position: "Most financial brands don't need another AI demo. They need creative that ships under brand and legal, across markets, formats and channels, without the content treadmill breaking the team."

For New Year, Sun Life's insurance agents in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia each made a greeting video with their own face in it, from one campaign page, in about two weeks.
