Work/Urban Revivo

Daily TikTok Shop video in 10 minutes instead of 2 hours.

Urban Revivo sells on TikTok Shop, which means posting creator-style product video every day. The person producing it was spending two hours a day. On the Instant Studio platform a day's videos take ten minutes, and the content runs on TikTok Shop daily.

Three of the videos Instant Studio produced for the account, May 2026. An AI-made presenter, the real product, the hook in the first second. Vertical, captions in place, ready for TikTok Shop.

The problem

TikTok Shop rewards accounts that post every day. Keeping up meant one person spending two hours a day making creator-style product videos. The range always had more products than the day had hours.

What was fixed and what changed

The products were locked. Every video had to match the real item in colour, cut and detail, because a video that gets the product wrong causes returns. The brand was locked with them. What changed from SKU to SKU was the hook, the presenter, the demonstration scene and the script.

The input is a spreadsheet. The operator lists the products. The Creative Workflow produces finished videos from the product photos, ready for TikTok: vertical, with the point made first and the captions in place.

How review worked

The operator checks each finished video against the product before it goes live. Because product accuracy and the brand rules were applied before generation, that check takes minutes.

What the account shows

Urban Revivo's TikTok Shop account, @urbanrevivo_shop, posts creator-style video every day from more than one source. Instant Studio produced part of that output. Two of ours are on the account: this one and this one.

The rest of the account is the same kind of video, and that is the point. The try-on, the unboxing, the street walk and the talk-to-camera review are all formats the workflow produces from a product photo and a brief. Nothing on the account is outside its reach.

What the operator reported

The team running the account, Infinite Vision, presented the programme at Retail Asia Conference 2026. The talk, "The AI Advantage in Retail Marketing" by founder Shuya Qiao, gave these figures for Urban Revivo's TikTok Shop account in the United States: more than 150 videos per SKU per month, cost per video down from around $200 to zero, and a figure of over 500% that the deck labels ROI or sales lift. The deck states no measurement period. The commercial result belongs to the account and to everything Infinite Vision does on it. Instant Studio's part is the production: the day's videos from a spreadsheet. Their summary of the change: same product, same budget, and they stopped shooting.

Their worked example was one bag. Presenter, outfit, location, lighting, camera and music changed from video to video. The bag stayed exact.

The result

Two hours of production a day became ten minutes. The content is live on TikTok Shop and runs every day, with nothing holding it up between the catalogue and the feed.
