Instant Studio, a managed AI creative production company for global brands and agencies, has produced more than 5,000 personalised agent videos for Sun Life. The videos ran across the Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. Sun Life's legal team approved them in all four markets.
The videos were made on the Instant Studio platform, where Creative Workflows build the brand and compliance rules in before anything is generated. Sun Life's agents took part through a campaign page, each adding their own photo. Regulatory disclosures, brand elements and the ambassador's greeting for each market were fixed. The Creative Workflow made the rest for each agent.
Sun Life's legal team reviewed the workflow once. Every video the workflow produced could be traced back to that approved set-up. This is how a programme of this size cleared compliance in four regulated markets.
In a separate project for Sun Life, the film "We Care" was made together with Adaptive Media Partners, Instant Studio's production partner in Hong Kong.
Agents shared the videos on social media without being asked. The programme is now the reference model for personalised video in regulated categories on the Instant Studio platform.
