work/inchcape
Localised car ads in minutes instead of eight hours.
Inchcape needed ads for every Maxus model in every market, on every platform, from every angle. Producing one version took more than eight hours. With Instant Studio, the content studio uploads one photo of the car and gets localised video back in minutes.

The problem
Every launch multiplies.
Every new model launch multiplies: markets, platforms, formats, angles. At more than eight hours a version, the content studio could produce only a fraction of what the launch plan needed. Every market got the same footage with a different voice.
The split
What was fixed and what changed.
The car was locked. One photo of the car is the reference, and every video keeps it exact: shape, colour, trim, badge. The brand was locked with it. What changed for each market was the language, the location, the background and the people in the scene.
That is localisation beyond dubbing. The film was not re-voiced over the same street. The street changed.
Review
How review worked.
The content studio manager checks each market's video against the original photo and the market brief. Because the car and the brand rules were applied before generation, the review is a judgement on the scene. There is no hunt for errors in the product.
The result
One model. Six markets. One week.
Localised video in minutes from one photo, with the language, the location and the background changed for each market inside the workflow. One model became 180 ad versions across six markets in a week.
